I own the product, the P&L, and the team. I still ship code.

Nine years in payments, loyalty, and fintech across Southeast Asia. I run product the way an owner does: the customer problem, the product, the go-to-market, and the number underneath it.

As Head of Product at Pintarnya I joined as employee #2 and the first product manager, and helped grow a two-sided jobs and fintech marketplace into one of Indonesia's largest. Earlier, at Traveloka, I led and grew the company's loyalty program and owned the payment experience across Southeast Asia. Loyalty, payments, and growth have been the thread of my career.

I try hard to be wrong early. I tested our flagship product thesis five ways, got five nulls, and told the founder to stop funding the story. I have reversed my own published analysis after finding the bug was in my own math. The job is to find out, not to be right.

I'm hands-on with AI in how I build and how I lead. I work directly with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and evaluation frameworks, and I led AI adoption across my teams.
